Our Team
Daniel Jones and Bradford Keller met in late 2016 when Daniel first became licensed as an agent. Daniel joined a small, investor specialized brokerage where Bradford was both co-owner and property manager. In August of 2018, after deciding to pursue real estate full-time, Daniel joined a larger firm, however, he maintained a professional relationship with Bradford partnering on several real estate transactions. During that time, it was realized they each possessed specific skill sets that would be conducive to operating a successful property management company.

Daniel has invested in real estate since 2007. After acquiring his bachelor's degree in 2005, he spent 13 years as a police officer in Columbus, GA. That experience gave him unique insight and knowledge of the local area. He also used that time to gain a deeper understanding of the local real estate market and developed a large network of investors, wholesalers, vendors and agents. In 2018 he committed his full-time efforts to several aspects of real estate focusing on property acquisition for short and long term holdings as well as traditional residential sales. Since that time, he has helped hundreds of clients pursue their real estate goals. He is licensed as a real estate broker in both GA and AL where he continues to secure, manage and sell properties for local and out-of-state clients.

Bradford Keller
CFO I Property Manager
Brad's successful entrepreneurial instincts combined with his experience in business management more than qualify him as the company’s chief financial officer. With an MBA in finance, Brad tested the business waters in California starting a successful valet company in 2012 until ride-sharing services became popular. He also spent some time in Ft. Benning during his military service, where he realized the Chattahoochee Valley is ripe for investment opportunity. He started pursuing those opportunities in 2010 with several rental acquisitions. In 2014 he moved to the area from California to pursue real estate full time. He started a local property management company and acquired his broker's license in Georgia. This experience made Brad familiar with ever-changing investment values and how they affect the local market. His responsibilities include developing new business through programs designed to encourage investment in residential real estate and help property owners appreciate the value and benefits of owning investment property.
