Brad’s entrepreneurial instincts and experience in business management more than qualify him as the company’s President. He holds an MBA in finance. In California, he started a successful valet company in 2012 that operated until ride-sharing services became widespread. During his military service at Fort Benning, he recognized that the Chattahoochee Valley offered strong investment potential. He began pursuing those opportunities in 2010 with several rental acquisitions. In 2014 he moved from California to the area to focus on real estate full time. He founded a local property management company and earned his Georgia broker’s license. That experience gave him a clear understanding of how changing investment values affect the local market.
He is passionate about helping both new and experienced investors acquire profitable rental properties and avoid many of the common mistakes investors make, drawing on more than 15 years in the industry. His responsibilities include developing new business through programs designed to encourage investment in residential real estate and help property owners recognize the value and benefits of owning investment property.
